I would recommend anyone read this book before they started into Bhnsen or Kant. It has also better instructed me on the importance of humbly, yet firmly defending His gospel and ”destroying speculations and So far ‘Always Ready’ has been as excellent as everyone has always promised me it would be.

I’m a huge fan of Van Tillian presuppositional apologetics, and there are few better at explaining the method than Van Til’s student, Greg Bahnsen. Greg Bahnsen’s Always Ready however, smashes this compartmentalization of Christian apologetics.
I suppose when most Christians refer to rready defenses made on behalf of Christianity, they tend to recommend specific lectures or books by learned apologists on the particular subject. This book challenged me spiritually and intellectually. I’m sure that if an “atheist” wanted to, they could surrender to God, confess and repent of their sins, put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, and receive a full pardon by God.
