There were problems okay. This book made me feel a lot malindda feelings. Overall a wonderful new book from Lo. As members huntress malinda lo their party succumb to unearthly attacks and fairy tricks, the two come to rely on each other and even begin to fall in love.

This novel also suffers from the same poor pacing and uneven plot development that Lo’s previous huntress malinda lo Ash suffered jalinda. This sets up the final conflict between the two.

They simply are Kaede and Taisin, and they are together. But sometimes an additional third character’s feelings are tossed in there. It gives malindw a lot of internal conflict when I do love all the potential and elements but am displeased with the presentation. The flap copy describes it as such:.

Now, I realize that this is a YA novel. Our lead characters, Taisin and Kaede, exemplify this rather brilliantly.
